Dear
Friends and Bay County citizens:
I have lived in this community most of my life and am fully
invested in this wonderful place. After careful consideration
and with the encouragement of many, I have decided to run
for Bay County Judge, Group 4.
For nearly 27 years, I have been privileged to serve you and the
cause of justice as a prosecutor. During those years, I have
handled the big cases and have daily made decisions that
affect the lives of our citizens and our community. I have had a
wonderful opportunity to interact with people who play a part in
the court system.

Everyone who is involved in the courts—parties,
witnesses, court personnel, law enforcement officers,
court reporters, and attorneys—should be treated with
dignity and respect. Everyone should be confident
that the law will be applied correctly and
consistently.
You have every right to assume that your county judge
has the experience and integrity that the job
requires. You should demand consideration of your
time and expect common courtesy.
I invite you to speak with those who know me on a
professional or personal basis. Talk with those who are
involved in our county courts. I am confident that you
will decide that I am the best candidate for this
position.
On August 26th, you have the opportunity to vote, for
the first time, for County Judge, Group 4. Your vote for
